Terms & Conditions of Use

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the msia8 website accessible at https://msia8.wine along with all services, content, and functions available on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and/or uses the msia8 services.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered on the msia8 platform together with all related information, fund balances, and transaction records.
• "Funds" refers to all financial value in a user's account, whether real money or bonus credits eligible for use in wagering.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, cashback, or added value granted by msia8 to users through designated promotional programmes.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of wagering a user must complete before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

To register and use the msia8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not be listed on any recognised gambling self-exclusion programme.
• Not be a resident or citizen of a territory where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Not have an existing msia8 account, whether active, suspended, or closed.

msia8 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Users who fail to prove their eligibility when requested may have their account suspended until verification is complete.

Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, users are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including full name as per identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• Set a strong password and ensure it is not shared with any other party.
• Provide a valid bank account number or e-wallet registered in the same user's name for withdrawal purposes.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring all account information is kept up to date. msia8 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

msia8 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for users' convenience:

• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrencies: USDT, BTC, ETH

Minimum Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the payment method and system load at the time. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy.

All promotions and bonuses offered by msia8 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. Users are required to read and understand the conditions of each bonus before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus — 150% Up to RM888:

• A 150% bonus is granted on the new user's first deposit amount.
• The maximum bonus that can be received is RM888.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus value must be wagered 25 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation Example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200

Bonuses cannot be used on games or categories excluded from the bonus programme. msia8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through unauthorised methods or in breach of promotion terms.

msia8 provides various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games, and live wagering. Each category and game has its own rules that users must follow.

General conditions that apply across all games:

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system error.
• In the event of a connection disruption during a game session, the system will record the last game state and restore it once the connection is re-established.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled after a game has started, unless stated otherwise in the rules of the game concerned.
• msia8 reserves the right to void any bet involved in a technical situation that affects the fairness of the game.
• Sports bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Changes in odds after a bet has been accepted do not affect existing bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the msia8 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account, including using the details of family members or other individuals.
• Using automated software (bots), artificial intelligence programmes, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or betting.
• Colluding with other players to exploit opportunities or the bonus system in an unethical manner.
• Uploading or sending content that is misleading, defamatory, or in breach of the law.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system, including opening fake accounts solely to obtain bonuses.

msia8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• The user violates any of the terms in this document.
• The user is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The user requests self-exclusion through the responsible gambling programme.
• There is a valid request from the relevant authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer service. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

msia8 takes the protection of its users' personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with the separate msia8 Privacy Policy.

Collection and use of users' personal data:

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Any changes in laws or regulations that affect a user's ability to use the platform.

msia8's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.

msia8 recognises that gambling can have a negative impact on some individuals. We provide several mechanisms to help users stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss limit for a given period to prevent overspending.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of your gaming sessions to avoid excessive use.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who are concerned about their gambling habits may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion. These requests will be processed promptly by our team.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent authority, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

msia8's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right. msia8 reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to a related entity without prior notice to users.

Any dispute relating to these terms shall first be resolved through msia8's internal dispute resolution procedure before being referred to any external authority.
